In keeping with Chef Cruz's vision, Olga's uses quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made with all natural ingredients and contain no preservatives.
We purchase as many of our ingredients as possible from local farms to be sure we are bringing you the freshest produce available. Over 90% of our produce is certified organic and we use only free-range, naturally-fed animal products.
We offer the best in vegetarian and vegan Mexican cuisine that puts a healthy spin on traditional dishes.
